Meeting with Tommaso Foti, Minister for European Affairs, Cohesion Policy and the National Recovery and (PNRR).

The GII was pleased to host Tommaso Foti, Minister for European Affairs, Cohesion Policy and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), on 24 February in Brussels at Le Louise Hotel (Av. de la Toison d’Or 40, 1050 Brussels, Belgium).

The meeting represented an important opportunity for dialogue on Italy’s role in the European Union’s decision-making processes and on strengthening the link between national institutions and Italian economic actors active at the EU level.

There was a very strong participation, with numerous contributions from GII Members, who raised targeted questions on key issues for the present and future of Italy and Europe: implementation of the PNRR, the next Multiannual Financial Framework, industrial policy and competitiveness, and simplification.
