Imprenditalia – The Italian Entrepreneur Award in Belgium

The COM.IT.ES. (Committee of Italians Abroad) of Brussels, Brabant and Flanders is organising the first edition of the ‘Imprenditalia‘ Prize, in recognition of Italian entrepreneurship operating in Belgium.

The objective of Imprenditalia is to enhance the Italian entrepreneurship in the Brussels, Brabant and Flanders regions, and to exalt its incredible capacity to invent and reinvent itself, to fall down and get back up, to self-finance itself and to create collective wealth at EU and international level.

The call for applications is addressed to owners, founders or founding partners, Italian or of Italian origin, residing in Belgium, operating in the COM.IT.ES. Brussels, Brabant and Flanders constituency: Brussels Capital, Walloon Brabant, Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, East Flanders and West Flanders provinces.

The prize, which consists of a sculpture of Italian manufacture and a diploma from the COM.IT.ES. of Brussels, Brabant and Flanders and the Embassy of Italy in Belgium, will be awarded to the winning companies at the prize-giving ceremony which will take place on 6 July 2023, from 7 p.m., at the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s Hotel, located at Av. Louise 71, 1050 Brussels.

Eligibility requirements and how to apply

The following are eligible to apply for the Prize: owners, founders, founding partners of companies operating in Belgium who meet both of the following generic requirements on the date of expiry of this notice
– be of Italian citizenship or Italian origin;
– have no criminal and/or tax record.

Applications must be sent in one of the following ways:

– in a single PDF file (naming it according to the format “NOME_COGNOME.pdf”), no later than 15.05.2023, indicating as subject “Partecipazione Premio “Imprenditalia””, to the following e-mail address: premioimprenditalia@gmail.com
– in a single envelope to be sent no later than 15.05.2023 by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address IMPRENDITALIA, Rue de Stassart 131, 1050, Brussels.
