Youth Committee (GIIg): Launch Event – Planning Events 2025

The Italian Initiative Group was delighted to welcome the Italian Ambassador to Belgium, H.E. Federica Favi, on the occasion of the launch event of the activities of the Youth Committee for 2025.

During the meeting, there was an open conversation with Ambassador Federica Favi on topical European issues, and a discussion on the topics of the GII Youth Committee’s programming for the year 2025, which includes the following initiatives

• Interviews with top figures from European institutions: A dialogue led by the Alumni associations and the GIIg to explore institutional perspectives and priorities.
• Fashion and Crafts: A fast-changing industry – An in-depth look at how the fashion industry is addressing sustainability challenges.
• Space Economy: from Space 4.0 to the impact on everyday life – A journey through the opportunities offered by the Space Economy, with applications ranging from defense to agriculture, from the environment to transport, led by professionals and expert researchers.

The evening continued with networking and discussion aimed at broadening participation and membership in the activities of the GII youth group.
