Meeting with Italian MEPs from IX Legislature

The meeting with the Italian MEPs of the IX Legislature at the Residence of the Ambassador of Italy in Belgium and Honorary President of the GII, Francesco Genuardi, in collaboration with the Vice-President of the European Parliament Fabio Massimo Castaldo and with the Permanent Representative of Italy at the European Union, Pietro Benassi, represented an important opportunity of dialogue with the Italian representatives in the European institutions to deal with the main challenges and priorities – economic, political and social – of the EU.

The meeting aimed to bring forward the dialogue between the institutions and the Italian business community present in Brussels, promoting an operational discussion on Italy’s positions in Europe as well as on the main national priorities in Europe, under a general but also sectorial perspective.

In this context, the Italian Heads of Delegation intervened by presenting the main objectives and priorities of the respective political groups.
